Privacy policy
1. Data controller
The data controller for the personal data collected through this website is Juan Manuel Vallecillos, email juanmavallecillos@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
This website only collects the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, and the content of your message. No data is collected through analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies: this site does not use that type of cookie.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to respond to the inquiry or message you send through the contact form. It is not used to build profiles or make automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by voluntarily filling in and submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
5. Recipients and data processors
The contact form is handled through Netlify Forms, provided by Netlify, Inc., which acts as a data processor and may store data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. You can review the safeguards applied to these transfers and Netlify's own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy. No data is shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
6. Retention period
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, unless a legal obligation requires a different retention period.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time by writing to juanmavallecillos@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your data has not been processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It only sets one first-party technical cookie, nf_lang, and only if you choose a language with the flag selector: it stores the code of the language you picked (es, en or ca) so the site opens in that language when you come back, and it expires after one year. As a preference cookie needed to provide a service you explicitly requested, it is exempt from prior consent under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE. In addition, if you switch between light and dark mode, your browser keeps that preference in its local storage without sending it to any server. You can delete both at any time from your browser settings.
9. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes to how the website works. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
